Stanley Liang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stanley began their career in 2012 as an IT Project Change Management Analyst at the University of Calgary, where they also held positions as a Junior Business Analyst and IT Customer Support Analyst. In 2015, they took on the role of IT Project Change Management Analyst.

In 2016, Stanley ventured into fitness consulting and Muay Thai instruction, owning their own business called Gestalt Fitness. At the same time, they worked as an Instructor at Elite Martial Arts Academy, focusing on Muay Thai class instruction and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Stanley joined Signalta Resources Limited in 2016 as a Joint Venture Accountant/Analyst. Stanley then transitioned to TransAlta in 2020 as a Business Analyst, supporting their operations until October of the same year.

Currently, Stanley works at Lightship Works Inc., starting in December 2020 as a Product Manager/Team Lead and later transitioning to the role of Senior Product Manager/Team Lead in April 2023.

Throughout their career, Stanley has demonstrated their ability to gather requirements, design and build processes, and support critical IT-related capabilities for organizations. Stanley has also shown a passion for fitness and promoting confidence and a healthy lifestyle through their work in the fitness industry.

Stanley Liang completed their education from 2012 to 2017 at the University of Calgary, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Philosophy. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications, including a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Calgary, a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP) certification from the PCI Security Standards Council in 2019, and various LinkedIn certifications such as "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership," "Product Management First Steps," and "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" in 2018.
