Michael Cohen-Wolkowiez

Michael Cohen-Wolkowiez has a diverse work experience spanning over several prestigious organizations and roles. Prior to that, they held various positions at Duke Clinical Research Institute, including Head of Pediatrics, Co-Director of Transformation, Director of the Pharmacometrics Center, and Director of Duke Early Phase Clinical Research. Michael Cohen-Wolkowiez has a diverse education history. Michael began their educational journey in 1994 at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, where they pursued a degree in Medicine. From 2002 to 2005, they enrolled in the Pediatrics Residency Program at Miami Children's Hospital, where they earned a Residency degree. Following this, from 2005 to 2006, they continued their training in the same program and obtained the position of Chief Resident. Michael then pursued further specialization at Duke University from 2006 to 2009, where they completed the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Residency Program. Lastly, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
