Kelsi Bolstad

Kelsi Bolstad is an experienced Principal Environmental Planner currently at Lightsource bp since July 2021, where previously served as a Senior Environmental Planner. Prior to this role, Kelsi worked as a Senior Planner at the London Borough of Waltham Forest and gained planning experience at the London Borough of Hackney and the London Borough of Greenwich. Kelsi's career began at the New Plymouth District Council and the Taranaki Regional Council, where responsibilities included planning and environmental officer roles. Kelsi holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Massey University, a Postgraduate diploma in Wildlife Biology, and a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Otago.
