Michal Szewczyk is an accomplished procurement and contract management professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Tender & Contract Manager at Lightsource bp since July 2022, Michal develops sourcing strategies and manages supplier relationships for large-scale solar projects in Poland. Prior roles include SC Commercial Lead for New Energies at Shell Polska, where Michal facilitated sourcing and contracting within renewable power solutions, and Sourcing Manager at Capita, responsible for comprehensive procurement management and best practices. Michal’s earlier experience includes serving as Chief Procurement Specialist at PGE Energia Ciepła S.A., leading RFx processes and managing contracts for environmental projects, as well as senior roles at EDF Polska. Michal holds a Magister inżynier degree from AGH University of Krakow.
