Rebecca Shionis

Rebecca Shionis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across multiple sectors, including renewable energy and manufacturing. Currently serving as Portfolio Planning Manager at Lightsource bp since April 2024, Rebecca previously held the role of Business Operations Manager at the same company. At Rhythm Energy, from May 2020 to July 2023, Rebecca advanced through various positions, including Operations Manager and Operations Team Lead, where key responsibilities included process improvement, data analysis, and team training.
