Sherwyn Vaz

Sherwyn Vaz has a strong background in structured finance, with their most recent role being Vice President at Lightsource bp. Prior to this, they worked at NatWest Group in various positions, including Portfolio Manager, Sustainable Futures Chair & Co-Founder, and Analyst in both structured solutions and project finance. Sherwyn also has experience in energy and infrastructure coverage, as well as trade and working capital innovation.

Sherwyn Vaz completed their A Levels in Commerce and Physical Sciences at St. Mary's Catholic High School in Dubai from 2007 to 2015. Sherwyn then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Sherwyn is attending the University of Oxford, where they are expected to complete their MSc degree in Energy Systems from the Department of Engineering Science between 2021 and 2024.
