Thomas Foucoin

Thomas Foucoin is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in structured finance and infrastructure debt. Currently serving as Vice President of Structured Finance Advisory for Energy & Infrastructure at MUFG since March 2024, Thomas previously held the position of Senior Debt Origination Manager at Pension Insurance Corporation plc from April 2018 to March 2024, specializing in private debt opportunities within the Infrastructure and Project Finance sectors. Earlier roles include Associate Analyst at Moody's Investors Service, where a focus was on project and infrastructure finance, and internships in M&A analysis at SUEZ and Crédit Agricole CIB, where responsibilities included financial modeling and market assessments. Thomas obtained a Master's degree in Business law, Tax law, and Financial law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and graduated from EDHEC Business School.
