Prior to joining Lightspace, Dzelde worked as a Purchase Manager at a pharmaceutical wholesaler and as a Logistics Manager at GenMedica Baltic SIA. Dzelde has a proven track record of streamlining operations and improving efficiencies within supply chain and logistics systems. Under Dzelde's leadership, Lightspace has seen significant improvements in its supply chain and logistics operations.

Dzelde Marusko has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Latvijas Universitate and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University).
