Cristina Vasile

Cristina Vasile is the current Deputy General Counsel at Lightspark. Cristina has also worked as the Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Diem Association from January 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Board Fellow at Variety the Children's Charity of New York from September 2015 to May 2016. Cristina has also worked as a Legal Intern at the New York University Office of the General Counsel from September 2015 to December 2015.

From September 2016 to January 2021, they worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. Before that, they worked as a Summer Associate at the same company from May 2015 to August 2015. Additionally, they have also worked as a Research Fellow at the New York University Program on Corporate Compliance & Enforcement from September 2014 to May 2016.
