Hicham Bouyahiaoui

Hicham Bouyahiaoui is a Technical Support Specialist for Strategic Accounts at Lightspeed Commerce since November 2021, and previously served as a Frontline Support Specialist, providing bilingual customer support. Hicham is also the founder of Jeugdhuis 't Grootplein in Malem Gent, active since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Charger at Volvo Cars, where responsibilities included supplementing robotic installations and initiating a new electric line, and as an Order Picker at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, focusing on fulfilling medical orders. Earlier work included a student position at ISS Facility Services in Belgium and Luxembourg. Hicham holds a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Arteveldehogeschool, completing education there in January 2019 after attending Visitatie Mariakerke from September 2012 to June 2017.
