Thomas Hebert

Thomas Hebert is an accomplished leader in the ecommerce and customer success sectors, currently serving as General Manager and VP of Ecommerce at Lightspeed Commerce since October 2021, where responsibilities include strategy and operations oversight for a global SaaS ecommerce platform. Previously, Thomas held multiple titles at Ecwid by Lightspeed from October 2014 to September 2021, including VP of Customer Success and General Manager of Global Direct Business. Prior experience includes roles at Certona, Alliant Insurance Services, Callaway Golf, Bank of America, and General Dynamics, where Thomas focused on ecommerce optimization, digital marketing strategies, sales operations, and systems engineering.
