Shannon Meadows

Shannon Meadows is a dedicated Registered Nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving at Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care since October 2025, Shannon specializes in inpatient hospice care, focusing on end-stage management and family education regarding care goals. Previous roles include per diem nursing at Medely, supervision at The Carmelite System, and pre-admission testing at Morris Hospital, where Shannon developed care plans and advocated for patient safety. Shannon's work experience also spans roles in operating rooms at EyeSouth Partners and previous nursing positions at Encompass Health, Modern Vascular, and Surgery Partners. In addition to clinical roles, Shannon was the owner and care coordinator of Granny's Nanny, providing senior and pet care services. Shannon holds an Associate of Science in Nursing, complemented by studies in business administration from Angelo State University.
