Mostafa I.

Mostafa I. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mostafa began their career as a Receiving and Inspection Officer in the Egyptian Air Force, where they were responsible for inspecting and receiving incoming items and updating the integrated logistic system database. Later, they worked as a QHSE Coordinator at Target for Quality and Environment, where they coordinated activities and events for various projects and ensured compliance with ISO standards.

Subsequently, Mostafa joined Reliance Group - Egypt as a Quality, Health, and Safety Engineer. In this role, they prioritized sample planning, monitored production objectives, and supervised remote sites. Mostafa then moved on to Advanced Energy Systems [ADES] as a Quality Assurance Engineer, conducting audits, root cause analysis, and coaching rig crew on integrated management system implementation.

Mostafa's next position was as a Senior Software QA Engineer at Valeo, where they had 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, including planning activities, test scenario design, test automation, and quality reviews. Mostafa then joined EVBox, initially as a QA and Testing Engineer and later as a Quality Technical Lead. In these roles, they created testing plans, designed and executed testing scenarios, and automated solutions.

Currently, Mostafa is employed at Lightyear as a Software Test Engineer. Here, they create integration SIL test cases, executes test runs, analyzes reports, and ensures the resolution of issues and bugs. Mostafa also automates test cases and scripts using Python.

Throughout their career, Mostafa has demonstrated a strong focus on quality assurance, testing, and compliance, with a particular expertise in software validation and automation.

Mostafa I. completed their high school education at El Nasr Language School (E.B.S) from 1992 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Alexandria University, which they completed from 2004 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Mostafa I. has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Mostafa obtained the following certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in May 2022, Python Object-Oriented Programming from LinkedIn in March 2022, Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from IRCA Global in December 2015, QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course ISO 9001:2008 from Robere & Associates (R&A) in May 2013, intacs provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE from VDA QMC in April 2018, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in March 2018, and IASP Diploma from IASP - International Association for Safety Professionals in August 2013.
