Vaibhav Rikhye

Vaibhav Rikhye has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vaibhav is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Lightyear Health since February 2022 and previously served as the Chief Operating Officer from May 2021 to February 2022. Prior to their role at Lightyear Health, Vaibhav worked at Uber, where they held several positions, including Senior Director Strategy & Planning from February 2019 to May 2021, Director Strategy & Planning from February 2017 to February 2019, and General Manager, Strategy & Planning from October 2014 to February 2017. Vaibhav also worked as an Associate at Union Square Advisors from February 2013 to September 2014 and as an Associate (Investment Banking) at Merrill Lynch from July 2011 to February 2013. Vaibhav began their career as a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs in 2010 and later worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant from July 2005 to May 2009, with an additional role as a Business Analyst from 2005 to 2007.

Vaibhav Rikhye attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Vaibhav then pursued further education at The Wharton School from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an MBA degree with a specialization in Strategic Management and Finance.
