Randi Hernandez

Randi Hernandez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruiting. At Lightyear, Randi served as the Head of People, driving the implementation of innovative telecommunications management solutions. Prior to Lightyear, Randi was the Head of Recruiting at Lurn Inc, where significant team growth was achieved within a year and a half. Randi's previous roles include Talent Advisor for the Northeast and Southeast regions at Alliance Residential Company, and various positions at Michael Page, including Managing Recruitment Consultant. Randi began a career in program management as an intern at Dizzy Feet Foundation. Randi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Loyola Marymount University.
