Mattias Josephson

Mattias Josephson has extensive work experience, beginning with a volunteer role at Hand in Hand Sweden in 2009. Mattias then moved to Motorola Mobility in 2011 as Business Operations Director. In 2012, they became the Secretary-General of Livgivande Företag, Owner of Idéfabriken - Ideas By Heart AB, and Co-Founder, Chairman of Pennybridge. In 2014, they became a Partner at Nordic School of Management (NSM). In 2016, they were Co-Founder, Board Member of Ligna Energy AB and Co-Founder, VP Business Development of Epishine. In 2020, they became Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board of Nordic Impact Ventures.
