Aleksei Shinkarenko

Aleksei Shinkarenko is an experienced data product designer and business intelligence architect with a diverse professional background spanning various roles and industries. Currently serving as a data product designer at LiiS.com since July 2025 and as a business intelligence architect at Itransition Group since August 2019, Aleksei previously held similar positions at Xeneta and Vizuators. A founder and owner of Kafe Kultura, a café focused on photography and cultural dialogue in Minsk, Aleksei also contributed to academia as a senior lecturer at Belarusian State University and as a data visualization technology trainer at IT Academy. Aleksei's dedication to photography is evident through the establishment of the Center of Photography and the Minsk School of Photography. Notably, Aleksei curated the Belarus Pavilion at the Venice Biennale in 2015. Aleksei's educational credentials include a master's degree in system analysis and design from Belarusian State University and multiple technical qualifications from Belarusian National Technical University and IT Academy.
