Mildred Giovanna Palacios Barona

Mildred Giovanna Palacios Barona has held various positions in the telecommunications industry since 1997. Mildred Giovanna began their career as Technical Operations Manager at SUPERCABLE ALK C.A., where they were responsible for quality control of headends, underground HFC plant construction and maintenance, and technical service. In 2000, they became General Manager of Vision Dominicana, S.A., where they managed the administration, marketing and operations for three cable company franchises. Mildred Giovanna then moved to Aster Comunicaciones, S.A. in 2001, where they were Regional Director and led the administrative, marketing and operations areas, achieving the recovery of past due invoices and reducing bad debt. From 2013 to 2018, they were General Manager at SEDER SRL (CAB) and provided management, direction, and leadership to a portfolio of 20+ community associations and HOA. Mildred Giovanna also maintained an operating environment with a timely completion of all service requests, properties rehabilitations and the execution of capital projects. In 2018, they became Project Manager at LIKK Technologies.

Mildred Giovanna Palacios Barona has a Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Bolívar, obtained between 1986 and 1993. Mildred Giovanna then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management from the same university between 1998 and 2000. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in General Direction from Barna Management School between 2017 and 2019.
