Jeffrey Kalles

Jeffrey Kalles is an experienced educator and leader in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently serving as President of the Washington Association for Behavior Analysis since January 2024, Jeffrey is dedicated to promoting and supporting the practice of behavior analysis in Washington State. As the CEO and Managing Member of LILAC CITY BEHAVIORAL SERVICES, PLLC since March 2016, Jeffrey has effectively managed service delivery in behavioral health. Previously, Jeffrey worked as a Special Education Teacher in various school districts, including Snoqualmie Valley and Lake Washington, focusing on self-contained settings for students with severe developmental disabilities. Jeffrey's teaching experience also includes a position at The New England Center for Children, where direct care and specialized instruction were provided to students with severe Autism. Jeffrey holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Eastern Washington University.
