Teija Mortvedt

Teija Mortvedt is a skilled Sr Chemical Process Engineer currently employed at Lilac Solutions, Inc., focusing on lithium extraction system engineering, design, and scale-up since March 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Tesla, where responsibilities involved cell recycling R&D and process design engineering from September 2016 to June 2022, as well as earlier positions as a graduate researcher at the Rochester Institute of Technology, analyzing metallic scrap feeds and sustainable leaching methods for lithium-ion batteries and PCBs.
