Karim Jalbout

Karim Jalbout is the Chief People Officer at Lilium. Prior to joining Lilium, Jalbout was a partner at Egon Zehnder where they advised on Board, IPO, CEO roles and Talent development in Private Equity, Listed and VC across Pureplay, Gaming, Consumer, SaaS, Fintech. Jalbout also developed an internal AI platform to generate talent insights and predictive capabilities. Prior to Egon Zehnder, Jalbout was the Head of Global Customer Propositions & Sales at Sony Mobile Communications and Marketing Director at Diageo.

Karim Jalbout's educational career includes completing a Stanford Executive Program in General Management at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at Queen's University in Canada, and an International Business Exchange Program at the Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium.

They are on a team with Alexander Asseily - Vice Chairman, Yves Yemsi - Chief Operating Officer, and Will Earle - VP Launch. Their manager is Daniel Wiegand, Co-Founder & CEO.
