Klaus Roewe

CEO at Lilium

Klaus Roewe has been the CEO of Lilium since August of 2022. Prior to that, they were the Geschäftsführer at Lilium from July 2019 to June 2022. Before that, Klaus was the Head of Customer Services at Airbus from March 2015 to June 2019. In this role, they had profit and loss responsibility for all Airbus commercial aircraft support and services activities for airline customers, lessors and MROs. Klaus was also the Head of A320 Family Program at Airbus from January 2011 to February 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the end-to-end development, supply chain, industrialization, production, production ramp-up, entry-into-service and maturity of the A320neo Family. Prior to that, Klaus was the Head of Cabin & Cargo Engineering at Airbus from November 2008 to December 2010. Before that, they held various roles in engineering, production and program management at Airbus from September 1992 to October 2008.

Klaus Roewe has a degree in mechanical engineering from Helmut Schmidt Universität - Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg.
