Harvey Mancey

Harvey Mancey has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Harvey started their career as an Apprentice, Craftsman, and Professional Technological Officer at the UK Ministry of Defence in 1986 and held this position until 1993. Following this, they worked as a Field Sales Engineer at Premier Farnell in 1994 and as a Key Account Manager at Varta Microbattery from 1995 to 1998. From 1999 to 2002, Mancey served as the Director of Marketing & Sales at Valence Technology.

In 2002, Mancey became the Managing Director at Ionergy Limited, a position they held until November 2019. During their time there, they were responsible for overseeing the company's operations and played a key role in its research, development, and commercialization of next-generation energy storage technology.

From 2005 to 2009, Mancey worked as the General Manager, EMEA at Tianjin Lishen Battery Joint Stock Co.,Ltd., China's leading manufacturer of batteries and photovoltaic systems. In this role, they led the European sales effort, establishing the company as a major supplier in target markets.

Mancey then joined ReVolt Technology, Ltd. in 2009, where they served as the EVP of Business Development and GM of European Operations until 2012. In this capacity, they were responsible for global business development, fundraising, partnership development, and defining technology and product roadmaps.

In 2014, Mancey took on the role of Managing Director at Electronic Production Services Limited, a contract electronics manufacturer based in the UK. Harvey provided cost-effective production solutions for low to medium volume customers and oversaw a wide range of services from PCB assembly and wiring to testing and build-to-box solutions.

In 2017, Mancey became the Chief Business Development Officer at ECO STOR AS, and in 2019, they assumed the position of Director at Lilli. Both of these roles are ongoing, and as Chief Business Development Officer and Director, Mancey continues to contribute their expertise and knowledge to these companies.

Harvey Mancey attended Farnborough College of Technology from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Electronics. During their time there, they completed the ONC and HNC Electronic Communications programs.
