Rinku Agarwal Basu serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Lillia since August 2021, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth in the digital health sector. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Entercoms, Inc., and as a Consultant for Flamingro Consulting, where Rinku specialized in HR and productivity improvements. Rinku spent over a decade at GeometricPLM in various leadership roles, including Global Head of Productivity Services Group and Global Head of Organization Development. Previous positions include Head of Human Resources at Narnolia and Associate Manager of Human Resources at Brainvisa Technologies. Rinku holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, along with executive education from INSEAD.
