Kim Woods

Kim Woods is an experienced property manager and co-founder of The Beautiful Scar Project, demonstrating a strong background in real estate management and operations. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Lillibridge Healthcare Services since December 2022, Kim has held various positions, including Senior Loan Operations Specialist at Ready Capital and Property Manager roles at JLL, ProEquity Asset Management, and Corum Real Estate Group, Inc. Additionally, Kim contributed to the industry as Chair of the Emerging Professionals at the Denver Metro Building Owners & Manager Association from January 2017 to January 2020 and served as a Property Administrator at Unico Properties LLC.
