Pooja Jattu is an experienced human resource professional with a robust background in HR, training, and customer care. Currently serving as DGM-HR, Training & Customer Care at Lilliput Kidswear Ltd. since September 2015, Pooja has played a key role in strategizing manpower and restructuring the organization, focusing on continuous recruitment and employee development.
