Jeff Keuss

Jeff Keuss, PhD, serves as the Executive Director and Principal Investigator at Lilly Endowment for Pivot NW Research, focusing on innovative leadership opportunities for young adults in the Pacific Northwest. Keuss has been a Professor and Director of Contextual Education at Seattle Pacific University since 2004, overseeing the Seminary mentorship program and holding various leadership positions, including Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Chair of the Ministry and Practical Theology department. Additional roles include Coach and L-1 Trainer at CrossFit, Director of Product Management at Positively For Kids! Inc., and Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow. Keuss also has a background in volunteer management and media relations, with significant contributions to fundraising and organizational development in various nonprofits. Educational qualifications include a PhD in English Literature from the University of Glasgow, a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts from Seattle Pacific University, with current studies at Harvard University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
