Denise Urban has extensive experience in human resources and hospitality, currently serving as Director People at LILLYDOO GmbH since September 2016. In this role, Denise has held several key positions, including Head of Human Resources and Team Lead for Human Resources & Office Management, along with previous experience as a Human Resources & Team Assistant and Customer Service Expert. Prior to LILLYDOO, Denise worked as a freelancer in gastronomy and event services and served as a receptionist at B&B Frankfurt Niederrad and Hilton Frankfurt Airport. Denise's foundation in hospitality includes a comprehensive training as a hotel management trainee, covering various areas such as reception, reservations, service, housekeeping, and marketing.
