Anshul Pandey

AnShul Pandey currently serves as the Director of Product Management for Search & Discovery at Lily AI, a position held since July 2023. Previously, AnShul was with Mastercard from July 2013, where roles included Director of Product Management for Data Science Products and Digital Insights Platform and APIs, overseeing product strategy for Mastercard Merchant Insights and leading a cross-functional team to create a comprehensive platform for small businesses. AnShul also led the North America delivery for analytics and consulting projects, achieving significant year-over-year growth in both project volume and revenue. Prior experience includes serving as Analytics Lead at Fractal, where new product testing solutions were developed, and as Senior Analyst at Mu Sigma Inc., contributing to revenue generation through programmatic buying. AnShul holds an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
