Paul Lima is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both military and consulting sectors. As the Managing Partner of Lima Consulting Group since January 2004, Paul Lima has been instrumental in guiding executives through digital transformations to establish sustainable competitive advantages. Prior to this, Paul Lima served as a Major in the US Army from June 1995 to May 2007, holding various leadership roles including Platoon Leader, Company Commander, and Operations Officer for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Additionally, Paul Lima was a Senior Product Manager at SEI Investments from May 1998 to January 2004, where responsibilities included developing innovative product strategies and leading product development teams. Academic credentials include an M.S.E. in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, and a B.S. in Economics and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
