Alex McKinley

Alex McKinley is a seasoned professional in the real estate finance industry with extensive experience in business development and lending. Currently serving as a Business Development Representative for Lima One Capital since April 2024, Alex previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Lending at Renovo Financial, where over $160 million was funded with a notable 0% delinquency rate. Alex has also worked as Director of Sales at Ashmore Partners, and as Managing Principal at Adelphos Capital LLC, where responsibilities included acting as a buyer’s agent and orchestrating closing procedures.
