Amy Martinez

Amy Martinez currently serves as the National Business Development Manager at Lima One Capital, focusing on financing for real estate investors. Previously, Amy held positions such as AVP, Loan Officer at Asset Based Lending, LLC, and Outside Sales Account Executive at Finance of America Commercial, where responsibilities included originating loans and building client relationships. In earlier roles at Visions Federal Credit Union, Amy developed commercial loan accounts, managed branches, and served as the Regional Membership Manager. Amy's career also includes experience in customer relations and financial advising at First Niagara Bank and Mutual of Omaha. Educationally, Amy holds a BA in Communication Studies and Human and Family Development from the University of Montana and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management.
