Yoni Herst

Yoni Herst is a seasoned Key Account Manager currently working at LIMAGRAIN INGREDIENTS since April 2022, specializing in Bakery, Culinary, and Nutrition. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Fuerst Day Lawson from October 2017 to March 2022, where Yoni held roles as both Key Account Manager and Account Manager in the Food & Beverage sector, as well as a position as a New Product Development Technologist from June to September 2016. Yoni is an alumnus of Nottingham Trent University, graduating with First Class Honours in Psychology in 2017, and served as Deputy Head Boy at King Solomon High School from 2007 to 2014.
