Fer Isella

Fer Isella is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience and leadership roles. As a Board Member of Merlin since January 2024, Fer contributes diverse perspectives to the organization. Fer founded @limbomusic in 2005 and serves as CEO, focusing on the future of music. In January 2023, Fer became a Founding Music Committee Member at EarthPercent, a charity addressing the climate emergency in the music industry. From 2016 to 2019, Fer co-founded and served as director of SoL® The Music Network, connecting various stakeholders in the music ecosystem. Previously, Fer was a Latin Grammy-nominated music producer at Sony BMG from 1995 to 2001, producing multiple gold and platinum albums. Educational background includes a Jazz Composition Major from Berklee College of Music and an altMBA focusing on leadership.
