Mary Chen

Mary Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in impact investing and consulting. Currently serving as a Summer Growth Equity Associate at Lime Rock New Energy since June 2025, Mary previously held the position of Associate at Bain Capital from August 2022 to July 2024, where engagement focused on investment within the Bain Capital Double Impact fund. Prior to this, Mary worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from July 2019 to August 2022 and briefly contributed to ESG and impact initiatives at Silver Lake in early 2022. Mary Chen is currently pursuing an education at Harvard Business School, having previously studied at Emory University and Peking University.
