Chia Hui (Jessy) Hsieh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Lime as a Senior Product Designer. Prior to that, they worked at Thumbtack from November 2020 to December 2021 as a Product Designer.

From 2015 to 2020, Chia Hui worked at Occipital, where they held the role of Lead UX/UI Designer from May 2019 to October 2020. During their time at Occipital, they led user research, prototyping, usability testing, and design for the Canvas iPad app, which resulted in a successful business. Chia Hui (Jessy) also designed and prototyped an AR app called TapMeasure, which received recognition as the "Best of 2017 - App Store - Developers." Additionally, they served as a UX/UI Designer from July 2015 to May 2019.
