Cristian Montiel Barbazán has diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2011, they worked as an Organizer of sports activities at Club Melia by Melia Hotels International. In 2014, they completed an internship as a Teacher of Spanish, Sociology, and History at IES Marcos Zaragoza, where they developed teaching units and conducted research on the education system. From 2015 to 2015, they gained experience through a Traineeship at the Hellenic-Spanish Chamber of Commerce, where they conducted research, provided administrative support, organized international events, and assisted Spanish companies. In 2019, they embarked on a self-employment venture. Cristian operated as a self-employed entrepreneur until 2022, engaging in various activities. In 2021, they held the position of Operations Team Lead at Lime, where they presumably managed operations within the company. Currently, Cristian works as an Educator at Junior Adventures Group AU, a role they began in 2022. Additionally, they started working as a Spanish Tutor in August 2022.

Concurrently, in 2014, Cristian engaged in further professional development by undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Spanish and English as a Foreign Language at the Universitat d'Alacant. This certificate program provided him with expertise in teaching Spanish and English to non-native speakers.
