Flavia de Mattia

Flavia De Mattia has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Flavia is currently a Senior Risk Manager at Lime since November 2022. Previously, they worked at ibott as an Underwriter from April 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Flavia held the role of Pricing Actuary - Italy at AIG, where they supported their Italy office across different lines of business and provided pricing analysis and performance monitoring from September 2018 to April 2020. Flavia also worked as an Actuarial Analyst (Pricing) at CNA Hardy from December 2015 to September 2018. Flavia began their career as an Actuarial Analyst at W/R/B Underwriting from January 2014 to December 2015. Before that, they interned as an Actuarial Intern in the Life Insurance division at Towers Watson from June 2011 to August 2011, and later joined as an Actuarial Analyst in the General Insurance division from August 2012 to December 2013.

Flavia De Mattia completed their education from 2005 to 2009 at Liceo Classico A. Manzoni, where they obtained a Diploma di Maturità in the field of Humanities/Humanistic Studies/Classics. Flavia then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from 2009 to 2012 at the University of Nottingham. Following that, from 2012 to 2018, they attended the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Flavia also obtained a certification in FIA from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in December 2018.
