Nikunj Penta

Nikunj Penta has a diverse work experience starting from their current role as an Operations Manager at Lime, where they joined in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Associate at Lime from January 2021 to March 2022.

Before Lime, Nikunj worked at Bosch, where they had multiple roles. Nikunj started as a Production Engineer at Kaypee Agro Immpex ltd. from May 2016 to December 2017. Then, they joined Volkswagen India as a Graduate Engineering Trainee from August 2015 to May 2016.

Nikunj also gained valuable experience as a Work Student and a Master Thesis Student at Bosch. During this tenure, they took charge of a Process Optimization project for Global Price management and achieved significant improvements in data quality, process efficiency, and documentation. Nikunj also streamlined S2C processes by implementing digital solutions and best practice methods.

Additionally, Nikunj interned at Forbes Marshall as a Supply Chain Management Intern from December 2014 to June 2015, and at Crompton Greaves as a Production Management Intern from June 2013 to December 2013.

Nikunj Penta completed an MBA and Engineering degree in Operational Excellence from Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences, between 2018 and 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Production Sandwich from Savitribai Phule Pune University, from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained the IELTS certification from the British Council, and in 2014, they acquired the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Asian Institute of Quality Management.
