Nicolas Wernitz is currently the Head of Expansion for Western Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at limehome. Previously, Wernitz served as the Head of Development for Germany at Colonies from 2021 to 2024 and held the position of Director of Development & Feasibility for Europe at The Standard Hotels from 2019 to 2021. Wernitz's earlier experience includes various roles at PKF hotelexperts, hospitality training at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, and a trainee position at Hotel Residence Essen. Wernitz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague and has furthered their education at Cornell University.
