Naveta Gupta

Naveta Gupta has a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Naveta started their career in 2014 as an AM Talent Acquisition at Mancer Consulting Services, where they managed various domains including F&A, Analytics, Consulting, HR, and Operations. Naveta then joined Wishfin.com in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Lead and later became a Lead Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner. In 2021, Naveta worked as a Sr Manager - Talent acquisition at Talentedge_In. Naveta then joined GoBOLT in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Manager until 2023. Currently, they are working at Limeroad.com as a Lead Talent Management.

Naveta Gupta earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University's Kirori Mal College from 2003 to 2005. Naveta also pursued an MBA from the SCDL. In 2020, Naveta enrolled at the Indian Academy of Law and Management to become a Certified Practitioner in Labour Laws and Employment Compliance. Additionally, they completed an Executive Development Program in Talent Management at XLRI Jamshedpur in the same year.
