Peter Panholzer

Peter Panholzer is the founder and general manager of Limes Security, where they serve as the principal OT security consultant. They were previously a security consultant at Siemens CERT in Munich, focusing on security analysis of industrial products and contributing to secure product development processes. Peter co-authored the official CMMI addition “Security by Design with CMMI for Development, Version 1.3.” They have transitioned from being an excellent OT penetration tester to focusing on attack strategies, risk assessments, and secure system architectures, while currently supporting automation vendors in integrating secure development practices based on IEC 62443-4-1. Additionally, they serve as a lecturer in penetration testing at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
