Pernilla Johansson

Pernilla Johansson is a seasoned design and innovation leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Member at Liminal Discovery and VP and Head of UX Design Chapter at Volvo Group, Pernilla is instrumental in driving digital solutions and enhancing user experiences. As a Co-Founder and Senior Consultant at the Centre for Organisational Creativity, Pernilla focuses on empowering organizations to improve their creative capacities. Prior roles include Chief Design Officer and VP Design at Electrolux, where Pernilla led design initiatives across multiple brands, and Managing Studio Director at Philips, overseeing design delivery and team leadership. Pernilla holds a Master's degree in Design from the University of Gothenburg and has furthered education through various leadership and management programs.
