Shaurjo Biswas

Shaurjo Biswas has a diverse work experience in the field of research and technology. Shaurjo is currently the Co-Founder & CTO of Liminal Insights Inc. since December 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Princeton University from January 2015 to June 2017, where they focused on developing ink-based techniques for battery fabrication and designing new energy storage architectures. Shaurjo also served as a Graduate Student Research Assistant and Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan from September 2008 to May 2014. Shaurjo's earlier work experience includes being an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, a Summer Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Science, and a Summer Intern at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited.

Shaurjo Biswas completed their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Shaurjo then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Finally, they attained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Science and Engineering, also from the University of Michigan, which they completed in 2014.
