Additionally, they co-founded and served as the HR/General Manager of Jermacans Style from November 1996 to April 2008, leading the company's growth to employ thirty employees and generate significant annual revenue.
Kip Luscian holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Ursinus College, completed from 1995 to 1997. In addition, Kip has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2018, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2008, and a certification in Human Resource Management from Villanova University in 2007.
