Christian Luscian

Christian (Kip) Luscian has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Christian (Kip) is currently the Director of People at Limitless Mobile since April 2021. Before that, they worked as a Director at Tecum Enterprise Consulting from October 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, they held two roles at Select Security. Christian (Kip) was the Director of Human Resources from September 2014 to July 2019, where they oversaw all HR functions for a rapidly growing company with multiple branch locations. Christian (Kip) also served as the HR Manager from April 2009 to September 2014, where they successfully established and developed the HR department for two companies. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the HR/General Manager of Jermacans Style from November 1996 to April 2008, leading the company's growth to employ thirty employees and generate significant annual revenue.

Kip Luscian holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Ursinus College, completed from 1995 to 1997. In addition, Kip has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2018, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2008, and a certification in Human Resource Management from Villanova University in 2007.
