Olayinka Akinlawon has a diverse range of work experience in the early childhood education field. They currently hold the position of COO & Head of Learning at Limitless Studios, where they contribute to research, creative processes, and scriptwriting. They leverage their expertise in early childhood education to digitize the learning experience and narrow learning gaps through high-quality 3D animation and inclusive content.
Previously, Olayinka founded and owned The Childlife Preserve, a collective offering childcare, education, enrichment, and homeschool options. They also provided kid events, design services, and early childhood programming, with a portfolio spanning across multiple states.
In addition, Olayinka founded and owned The Polka Dot Place, a daycare establishment that was under construction until January 2021.
Prior to these ventures, Olayinka founded and was a former owner/director of Tiger Hall Play Zone and Activity Center, LLC. This facility offered play and enrichment services, including private preschool options, kindergarten readiness programs, after-school programs, and parent and me open play opportunities. Olayinka sold Tiger Hall in 2013.

Olayinka Akinlawon pursued their education at Nazareth Academy from 1998 to 2002, completing their high school education. Olayinka then attended Princeton University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Anthropology.
