Susan Jones-Ng is the Director of International Business Development at Limoneira. Susan has over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on the food and beverage industry.
Susan started their career as a Marketing Manager at Sunkist Growers in January 1999. Susan was promoted to Seasonal Specialty Product Manager in 2004, and then to Marketing Manager in 2007. During their time at Sunkist, Susan instituted national and account-specific programs for core North American retailers, oversaw the creative direction and production of soft and hard sales assets, and effectively communicated strategic and tactical corporate objectives to North American sales offices and key stakeholders.
In their role as Marketing Manager, Susan also championed innovative marketing strategy and execution, maintaining multiple project budgets totaling over $2MM, including trade show budget of $1MM. Susan coordinated all components of trade shows with core 8 business units for North American, Far East, and European markets, and led 250 sales representatives in 10 Western states. Susan also established training course for new recruits, speeding profitability.
In December 2007, Susan left Sunkist Growers to join Limoneira as the Director of International Business Development. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing Limoneira’s international business strategy.
Susan Jones-Ng attended the University of California, Riverside, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Administrative Studies. Susan has worked in various administrative roles for businesses throughout their career.
