Neil Sprackling

Neil Sprackling is a Member of the Board of Directors at LIMRA. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at LOMA from 1995-2008. In this role, they managed a team of human resources associates and oversaw all HR functions, including hiring, compensation and benefits, recruitment and development. Prior to LOMA, Neil worked as a Human Resources Generalist at The Santa Cruz Operation from 1991-1995.

Neil Sprackling has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
