Lily Rager

Lily Rager currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Lin Health since July 2024, focusing on expanding partnerships in healthcare, specifically in chronic pain care. Previously, Rager held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Pyx Health from August 2021 to February 2024, where commercial strategies were defined and an 18-person team was led in the Payer market. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager for the NE Region in Provider Sales at Optum from March 2018 to July 2021, driving significant growth in net new sales and renewals post-acquisition of Advisory Board Company. Rager also worked as Executive Director in Healthcare Consulting at Advisory Board Company from February 2011 to March 2018, concentrating on health tech, M&A, and sales performance, and held the role of EVP Admissions at 2tor from June 2010 to February 2011, collaborating with higher education institutions on online degree programs. Rager earned a B.A. in Markets and Management with a focus on Russian from Duke University in 1995.
