Ciara Doyle

Ciara Doyle is a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 2020. Currently serving as a Drainage Engineer-in-Training (EIT) at Lina T. Ramey & Associates, Inc. since May 2020, Ciara possesses hydraulic and hydrologic expertise related to transportation projects. Prior experience includes a Drainage Internship at Lina T. Ramey & Associates, where hydrologic and hydraulic impacts were analyzed using HEC RAS and HEC HMS, along with drafting culvert and bridge designs in MicroStation. Ciara also interned at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., utilizing ArcMap and AutoCAD for data updates and creating pump specifications, and volunteered at TCEQ Compliance Service, participating in investigative projects. Work history also includes serving as a shift manager at Braum's, responsible for overseeing staff and operations.
